Candidates who chose Kano State Polytechnic as their first or second choice(s) of Institution during the 2024 UTME and scored a minimum of 100 and above are eligible to apply.
Candidates who did not choose Kano State Polytechnic as either their first and/ or second choice but who scored 100 and above in the 2024 UTME are also eligible to apply.

However, such candidate must have obtained change of Institution’s form to make Kano poly his/her first choice through JAMB and whose details appear on the Polytechnic profile on the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board’s Central Admission Processing System (JAMB’s CAPS) will be considered for admission.

Kano poly Post UTME Form
This is to inform the general public especially Kano poly aspirants that the Kano State Polytechnic (Kano poly) Post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session is on sale. The Kano poly Post UTME form costs Six Thousand Naira (N6,000) only. While Applicants for the part-time programmes should purchase the Online Screening Form at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only.
Kano poly Post UTME screening exercise has commenced. Interested applicants are advised to purchase the registration form before the deadline. Kano poly Post UTME form 2024 closing date for registration is on Friday, 15th October 2024.
The Kano State Polytechnic hereby invites students who had a minimum score of 100 and above in JAMB to apply for this year’s admission.
Candidates Eligible for Kano poly Post UTME Screening
Kano State Polytechnic invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various ND full-time and ND part-time programs for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Only students who score the required JAMB cut-off mark for the Kano State Polytechnic and choose the Kano State Polytechnic as their first or second choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply for admission.
In addition, candidates must obtain at least FIVE CREDIT passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings. However, some Kano poly courses don’t require credit in Mathematics.
UTME Candidates who chose Kano poly as first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to Kano poly through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 100 and above in the 2024 UTME.
NB: Only applicants, who have chosen or changed to Kano State Polytechnic through JAMB and whose details appear on the University profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

Applicants for Full-time should purchase Online Application Forms at the cost of Six Thousand Naira (N6,000) only. While Applicants for the part-time programmes should purchase the Online Screening Form at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only.

Candidates are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration.
The scheduled date, time and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All candidates for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration
